The estate is surrounded by a multitude of forests and lakes. It is located at 4 minutes from the village, and at:

- 20 minutes from Mont-Laurier and the hospital
- 1h10 from Gatineau
- 1h30 from Ottawa
- 2 hours from Tremblant
- 3 hours from Montreal
The village includes a hardware store, a general store, a grocery store, a convenience store, a restaurant, a church, a post office, a campsite, a water park, a library and a hairdressing salon. Many other services are available in Mont-Laurier, a 20-minute drive. The area is also surrounded by reservoirs.
Hunting And Fishing
The area of Antoine-Labelle M.R.C. allows hunting and fishing. The estate gives access to 110 km of navigable areas.
The estate is in a game-rich area, ideal for hunting hare and partridges. The surroundings gives direct access to hunting areas for white-tailed deer (not to be confused with roe deer).
Fish species can include yellow perch, speckled trout, pike and white fish. The region is a reservoir for the whitefish. Ice fishing is also practiced there. The site is close to many outfitters.
Snowmobile And All-Terrain
The place is perfect for practicing sports such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and off-road recreational vehicle.
Watersport
The 110 kilometres of navigable areas give you ample space to go water skiing or to stretch in a canoe. You will not be limited for windsurfing or jet skiing.
Golfing
The Golf de la Lièvre is located about 20 minutes drive, in Mont-Laurier.
